New Client for TOC
Preferred Method: Text COO their name and number with a brief description and any recommendations for a coach OR
Send them to the website to click 'Get Coaching' and complete the form
COO will contact potential Client
COO will pray about the right coach
COO settles on potential coaches
COO reaches out to potential coaches and determines their ability and desire to coach the new client
COO reviews possible coaches with Client
Client selects Coach
COO shares contact information with Coach and Client
COO makes text introduction
Coach sends out New Client Profile to complete
Client returns New Client Profile to Coach
Coach forwards New Client Profile to:
Coach schedules first meeting with Client
Coach reviews New Client Expectations and they both sign it
Coach schedules on going meetings with Client
