Tall Oaks Coaching was established in 2021 to fulfill the vision to walk with pastors, ministry leaders, and their spouses.  Our coaches have over 1,300 years of experience in ministry, and they receive 54 hours of coach training in their first year of coaching. They have walked in the steps of our clients; they understand the life of ministry leaders.  Our coaches “get” our clients. The formula we use has been perfected over 26 years of coaching ministry leaders and their spouses. Every coach receives a minimum of 90 additional minutes of coach training every month in our proven methods and industry standards.  We believe this training, combined with their personal experience, makes them uniquely qualified as coaches. Our coaches can help our clients think through new opportunities, new and or improved ministries or weather the storms and keep living out their calling.  Our clients have a coach walking with them through it all - loving them, caring for them, nurturing them, believing in them, helping them, and praying with and for them.  This all happens, one on one, in total confidentiality.  We become a safe place, full of love, respect, and encouragement. The next strategy in our coaching model is built around asking questions and gaining insights. This helps a pastor make the best decisions for their ministry and their life. 

 Lastly, the foundation of our coaching is helping our clients maintain a solid personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  He is the solid bedrock every pastor and spouse must build their life and ministry on.  Without that relationship they will never be able to do the work God has called them to do.
