We continue to pick up new donors!!
One of our coaches who said, I could never ask anyone to give to Tall Oaks. “I have never raised any money. I cannot do it.”
Maybe she can, she let God put the words in her mouth, she asked and one of her clients, a pastor, stepped up and gave us $5,000!!!!!
HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD!
God says to ask, Trust him for the results. We cannot get money if we don’t ask and explain the need.
This donation came from a Lady, who is a pastor and a client! And when wrote a check for $5,000 because a coach was brave enough to let God speak through her.
Lesson learned??? Stop thinking you know what they have, what they can or cannot do. We must be willing to speak up. What we do is valuable. Go back and read your notes, and cards. They need us and just like we need a doctor or a dentist or a mechanic or groceries, we will find a way and with God all things are possible.
We made a request to Crossing for $150,000, please pray they will see the need and join us in this vital work. We sent a request to foundation in Tulsa for $20,000 and we think we have a high probability of get that funded.
Lots of conversations, lots of listening, lots of prayers!
We cannot stop; the need is great. We received over $830,000 last year but 83% was given by the Greens! That is way too much. If we lost them, we would lose this ministry. We must get many, many more people giving to this valuable work.
As a forty-year veteran banker, we would not make a loan to a company where more than 20% of their income came from 1 source. Why? Because the bank’s customer will most likely have to file bankruptcy if they lose that customer.
We must work hard to change these statics and get a lot more people giving to this ministry. We need your help to do this.
Beginning in 2027, we are going to require our clients to pay 1/3 of the cost of their coaching or $100. Donors will continue to pay 2/3 of the cost.
We can do this with God’s help all things are possible.
We must be bold and ask, explain why, and help them find the money they need.
We will not accept anyone from out of state except on exception basis, and they must pay $250 a month until further notice. We must focus on OK.
Current out of State clients are being grandfathered and will be required to pay $100 just like everyone else.
We have run so numbers, and we can grow to 450 clients under this plan, and we can end the waiting list!!!!
Bill is going to over ways you can coach your clients to find the funds they need. We have identified at least 5 different ways.
We do not want to lose a client.
We also believe our clients need skin in the game, and it will make the gift of coaching much more valuable to them.
